I made this cinnamon chip bundt cake several years ago, at least 5, and it was soooo good! It’s a basic from-scratch spice cake recipe with a simple confectioner’s sugar glaze, but it screams fall/winter/holidays. I have been thinking about this cake lately and want to make it again, but I am having the hardest time finding the cinnamon chips. Do they still exist? I wonder.
So, I’ll keep looking and hopefully soon, the warm scent of the cinnamon and other spices will waft up once again.
Meanwhile, I will continue making toast in my new toaster! Cinnamon toast, cheese toast, toast toast… 😉
