Getting Back in the Game

Well, I’m starting a new job on Monday. It is an entry level, part time position, and will only go so far toward meeting my financial responsibilities – and I couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity. Something is better than nothing, and this something holds potential that I am thankful for. A good company, possibilities for advancement, a new and welcome challenge.

A chance.

In the past two years, I’ve been scared, depressed, hopeful, had hopes dashed, frustrated, encouraged, supported, cheered on, and loved. I’m going to hold onto the encouragement, support, cheer and love, and make this opportunity my own.

Thank you.

Carry on.
